Interplay of light
Like planets, two reflectors revolve around a light source, creating an attractive interplay of light and shadow. Galileo table lamp.
Vintage appeal
Galileo has a design with a retro flavour. It fits well within classic interiors, while becoming a prominent element of the most modern environments. Pretty also used as a bedside lamp in the sleeping area.
Materials
Base made of Calacatta Cremo marble or black lacquered beech wood with a distressed effect. Lampshades in printed, painted aluminium. Cable with black fabric sheath.
Michele Menescardi
Michele Menescardi started his career of freelance designer, confronting with different interlocutors and developing each project from ideation to production. In 2005 he founded MrSmith Studio, for which he has been designing for nearly ten years. In 2014 he ran Michele Menescardi Designer, his independent multi-disciplinary design studio located in the heart of Milano.
